Audits of the Head of Coordination
-Before starting the visual and collision check, save a copy of the original in the current project folder with the specific naming and location protocol in the " Nomenclature and standardization of documents" section.
Visual and interference checks by the design/coordination lead must be performed before each file exchange.
For successful project kickoff meetings:
-Familiarize yourself with the project requirements and standards.
-Know the responsibilities of your team and the roles of the members.
-Also involves senior staff (e.g. directors, project managers)
-Identifies additional areas of development in Solibri templates and rule sets against specific project requirements.
